2. Install the free orchestration skill in Claude Code: `/plugin marketplace add commonrig/commonrig-sample`, then `/plugin install commonrig-orchestration@commonrig`. It covers bounded subagent briefs, disjoint file ownership for parallel writers and checking delegated work.
