Requirements

  • Claude Code and/or Codex
  • Python 3.9+
  • Node 18+
  • Your own model access and permission to configure your environment

What it does not do

It does not make models infallible, guarantee better results, supply model subscriptions or replace code review. Hooks can enforce specific checks, not every instruction. The local kit is not a hosted project-management app.

Setup

Unzip the release, open your agent in the folder and give it SETUP.md. Review the proposed configuration before installation.
