30 days. No questions.
Email hello@commonrig.com within 30 days of buying and I'll refund it. No reason needed. Put your order reference in the email (it's on your receipt or claim page) so I can find the payment. Never send card numbers, wallet keys, seed phrases or licence keys.
How the money comes back
Card - refunded through Stripe to the same card, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Link can also refund card purchases itself under its own policy - either way works.
USDC (x402) - the same amount of USDC you paid, sent on Base to an address you give me. I pay the network fee.
Bitcoin (on-chain) - the same amount of bitcoin you paid, sent on-chain to an address you give me. I pay the network fee. The amount is in bitcoin, not dollars, so the dollar value may have moved since you paid.
After a refund
The licence key and download links for that order stop working. If it was a subscription, it's cancelled too. A doctor check report you've already received can't be taken back, but it's still covered.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
This refund policy is extra. If something I sold you has a major problem, you're entitled to a refund or replacement, and for a minor problem I'll fix it - at any time, not just within 30 days. Those rights come with the purchase and nothing on this site takes them away.
